At ATOZESTAYS, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for all bookings. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are processed.

1. Booking Confirmation

All farmhouse stays and event bookings are confirmed only after advance payment. Once the booking is confirmed, the property will be reserved exclusively for the customer for the selected date and time.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed in advance through email, phone call, or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation and the property’s individual policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only according to the cancellation terms shared at the time of booking. Partial or full refunds depend on the notice period, booking type, and property guidelines.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, early check-outs, or failure to use the booked services. Event bookings are generally non-refundable due to venue blocking.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original mode of payment. Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

6. Booking Modifications

Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and approval. Any difference in pricing must be borne by the customer.

7. Force Majeure

ATOZESTAYS shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
